(1) The chief secretary shall verify the decision to pardon, postpone, change or reduce the sentence passed by any court, special court, military court, judicial or administrative officer or body.
(2) The certified copy of the decision certified as per sub-rule (1) shall be sent by the Chief Secretary to the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs for implementation.
(3) On the basis of the certified copy received as per sub-rule (2), the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs shall execute or cause to be executed the decision as per sub-rule (1).
